Convenient to UAH
Breakfast offering is very good. Super convenient to UAH. Maid took towels, leaving us without enough washcloths and hand towels and a bath mat, but didn't otherwise clean the room. TV didn't work, but was fixed when we asked. We've stayed there before and it wasn't quite as good this time. Front desk staff was very courteous.

Reunion Stay
Had visited the area for my high school reunion. This hotel was very close. Checkin was easy, beds were great, room was clean. The only complaint I has was the breakfast was very limited. They had eggs but there was no sausage or bacon or even biscuits to go with it. But they had pastries and yogurt. It was just a very limited offering

Pros- reasonable rates and staff was accommodating to an early check-in. Cons- the elevator sounded like it would break at any moment and the carpet in the room made opening the door into the hotel room next to impossible. There was no hot water (barely lukewarm), and there was mold on parts of the bathroom walls and fixtures. The water from the faucet tasted like straight mold, and I was concerned to even brush my teeth with it. Had we been staying longer than just to sleep a few hours, I would have eaten the cost and went somewhere else instead.

The staff were excellent! The room that we were in was felt very damp. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Could not regulate the air conditioner was either too hot or too cold, which caused the dampness in the room. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by an homeless person right outside the door of the lobby.

The young man that checked us in was so pleasant. As a matter of fact, all of the staff we encountered were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was clean. The only thing I had an issue with was that the bath tub did not drain as you showered. Standing in water above your ankles while showering is pretty gross.

This property appears to have attempted updates that were not well executed. The room was musty, I mean flat out smelled, with very poor lighting. The staff was approachable, but seemed as if they were just uninterested, and ready to go. The breakfast was the best thing about the stay. I would definitely not use them again.
