I swear we did the fingernail test on a big mirror on the wall in the room. According to Google, if theres no gap, its a 2 way mirror. Come to find out, room 105 is side by side to a laundry room. Very sketchy when I see the laundry room and then 3 men who clean the rooms, shut the door so we couldn't see in there. VERY SKETCHY!

A cockroach fell out of shower curtain when I went to move it while getting in the shower. The gritty floor turned my wife’s feet and white shoes black.

No hot water in a Jacuzzi tub suite.
Right around 6 pm I tried to draw a hot bath in the Jacuzzi suite and arguably to whole reason for getting the room and NO HOT water. Lukewarm at best. Used the phone in the room to try to call the front desk but it just gave me a busy signal so I use my cell phone to call the hotel directly. The front desk clerk was very nice and told me that she was in the middle of something but that she would come down in 15 minutes and worst case scenario they would just move us to the room next door. Was fine and I would have been totally satisfied with that outcome. So I wait and I wait and I wait and I wait and I wait and I'm still waiting. No one ever came down to the room to check on it and I never heard back anything from the front office stuff. Luckily... Around 10:00 p.m.... since I still had not heard from the front desk I thought I would give it another try and lo and behold it worked. It's like someone literally just turned the hot water on. Although the problem was solved for me... There's no way to front desk could have known and they never called or came by the room. For all they know... I was still in a room with no hot water. I'm fairly certain that the tub was not cleaned after the last persons stay so I had to clean it myself...

Good location but we walked in the room and no air conditioning was on for a 90 degree day. There were white beads in the corner and two more under one of our fitted sheets. There were stains on the main comforters and dont get me started on the poop smeared on the door frame in the bathroom. There was also a dead bettle under the corner of the bed on the floor. First motel ive stayed in that i felt like i had to check for bedbugs. There is a fridge and microwave in the room but the fridge was just like the room (super hot) so all of our drinks went into the freezer and when we pulled them out the next morning they were cool, not cold. Not impressed and will not be staying again.
