The pictures on this hotel are actually of 2 different hotels so it is pot luck which you end up in. The hotels are struggling so don't open their restaurants or bars, no wifi

Great value. The breakfast was a bit overcrowded and little taste, but the overall stay was of great value. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel didn't provide for any parking but it felt safe enough to park it behind the hotel. The staff at the reception was a bit overworked and lost one of our payments, so make sure you keep your receipts!

Wifi is not free
Despite the page saying the wifi was complimentary, it is not. Also no networks in rooms even if you did want to pay. We booked with the need for wifi as had business to attend to so was disappointed with arriving to discover this. Spoke with guest relations who assured me the manager would be in contact. No contact was made and the hotel staff apparently unable to offer a solution. They suggested going to the bar up the road associated with the hotel as the wifi was free, however the woeful loud music detered us. We also both got sick after breakfast one day, from the water in the tea/instant coffee station

nice hotel but constant hassle re finance spoiled
the hotel was lovely. good facilities,lovely rooms and polite staff. HOWEVER, the whole stay was marred by tthe hotel repeatedly asking me to pay my bill early. when i booked on Hotel.com it said to pay upon dcparture. this is normal practice. however after one day of my three night stay i was askeed to pay my bill. i had timed my stay so i left the day my wages went in the bank and could comfortably pay this before i left. i ended up having to borrow money from family at home as they just kept insisting and i was really embarrased. it all got confusing then with what meals I'd paid for and what i hadn't instead of simply giving me a bill for everything at the end as i had had ja couple of dinners and some soft drinks on top of my B&B stay.

Budget with good pool and beach facilities
The things I like about the hotel is the friendliness and politeness of staff on the reception and my room was a Seaview and clean. I like the beach and swimming pools. The one drawback is at Sohoor ( dinner ) the food was not abundant and not very well presented. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to someone

The hotel is big, comfortable and clean. On this resepct, it's good value for money. But there are something I don't like about this hotel. The staff are not very honest and helpful. When we asking for some public transport informtation to Luxor, we were told that the service from two bus companies were not very reliable, and it will take us 6-7 hours to get Luxor from H. Instead, we could take a hired car, which, of course, much quicker and much more expensive. But we found out ourselves, public transport to Luxor was great, the bus is clean with air condition, and took us just the same for 3 hours and most importantly, only a fraction of the money compared to hire a car from the hotel!!

A good Hotel :)
It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel, where you can easy talk to the front desk and ask about what you need. So the service was better than good. I will recommend this hotel for people, whom needs aren´t too high, as it goes to
