The hotel at first sight not bas, plenty of food; then problems in room staetee to appear; like the flush was terrible and faucet very limited water and room cleaning was not so good. If you drink coffee, they do not replace the mug. Thrn comes the pool; it was soooo cold, and we had kids who really wanted to go into the pool and that was challenging. Then comes the food; you can have plenty of variety; we were happy arthr beginning, but then like around 3rd day; kids and adults in our group got food poisining with throwing up and diarrhea, so we think they just reheating food or sth. Entertaing team over there very poor All in all, i wouldn’t come back

Although the employees were kind, they were arguing with each other, which is not nice. The biggest problem is their very poor or no command of English.
