I faced so many problems with the property first of all with the booking . I booked and entered both of my children’s age which are 3 and 5 they said no you need to pay extra cause one of the children is above 2 ?? I entered that I didn’t surprise you and made me feel that they are doing me a favor in which they need to update their Expedia requirements .Second issue I ordered skin cream from the pharmacy the security guy at the door refused to deliver or to contact the front office and demanded me to go and retrieve it my self ALTHOUGH the guest next to me was delivered the pharmacy at the pool . Third issue my wife kids and I were sitting on the beach in a restaurant that is a chilling point and not a reservation kind of diner the guy came to me and told me it’s reserved I asked him are you asking me to leave he said yes. I’ve been to Rixos sharm 4 times and Rixos JBR and DIFC this is the by far the worst Rixos I’ve ever been to l, the staff are extremely untrained for hospitality. Worst hotel experience I have faced in a long time property rooms beach are flawless. Staff treatment guest relation guess this brand is not for you
