Room was nice and cozy and warm. Freezing temps outside, so nice for a warm room, where heat could be adjusted to our liking. Coffee in the am in your room, or do downstairs and have a waffle, muffin, bagel, juice, coffee...very nice everywhere.

Room was below ground level. Beds were comfortable. Window latch was missing and could be entered while we were away. No coffee pot in room. Noise from above and next room easily heard. Breakfast area was very limited.

Room was great, breakfast not so much.
Room was very clean, ac cooled now the room nicely. We slept very good on the beds. We did have to tighten down the toilet as it was very loose and wobbly on the floor. Breakfast was not that great. Few choices, no fruit, overly strong coffee and only regular coffee. 3 floors and NO elevator.

The place was dirty and falling apart it seemed. The smoke detector was missing, the light in the bathroom was broken, there wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom, the shower drain was filthy the bed was not comfortable, the pillows may as well have been empty pillow cases, one of the lamps was shorted out, and the electrical in general was a fire hazard.
