The rooms were very nice and clean. Check in time was delayed 45 minutes, but it was a very busy school vacation week, so it was understandable. We also requested two connecting rooms and they were able to honor that request. My family and I were able to swim at the water park while we waited so it was not a problem. My grandchildren LOVED the water park, karaoke and the arcade. Their ages are 3,4 and 8. They give the activities a combination of 6 thumbs up. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

They redecorated the rooms after they bought The Cape Codder, but didn’t spend any money on the waterpark, for which now they charge you separately. I miss the old restaurant, the new redesigned looks and feels like the food court at the mall.

My husband and I stayed here this week and will not be returning. We visited the spa and while the staff was lovely, the experience was awful. There was a loud buzzing noise the entire time we got our massages done which made it hard to do relaxing, sounded like a jackhammer. Then our hotel room mini fridge started making noise around midnight and we got almost no sleep to be woken up at 5AM by noisy neighbors. The water park closed down which then resulted in everyone flooding the 1 pool and hot tub, which wasn’t the hotels fault, but made the experience that much worse.

Great lobby, got our room early and into the water park we went. Room was super clean and great big bed. Shower pressure could be better but was still good. Breakfast was good. Easy check out. Would stay again.

Our ceiling was soaked - it looked like condensation built up on the ceiling and it was slowly dripping all over the room in various areas. We contacted staff and they said they would look into it. Had there not been that issue, we would not have had a complaint but this was just disappointing.

The report was beautiful but I think staff needs some work. At the pool bar, the bar tender didn’t seem to know the drinks and tried to over charge a few times. We went to breakfast in the morning and there was ridiculously moldy pastries in the glass, so we passed on breakfast. I’d go back for the environment but the care that was there with the Cape Coder is definitely gone.
