Location was on a side street that wasn’t well lit at night. Can walk to ferry. Walk to beach was far but there is a shuttle. Breakfast was ok. Hotel looked to be under construction in certain areas. Hallways were not welcoming. Need some decor and better paint job. Air conditioning was fine but smelled.

Before check-in we received a call to check in at Comfort Inn front desk since it’s the same owners which was not a problem at all, the check in staff was polite and very nice. She checked us in and gave us our room key when we get to the Heritage Inn the room we were checked into was not clean, went back to Comfort Inn and advised front desk staff of this and she then booked us another room, went back to heritage inn and that room too was not clean. Returned to Confort Inn and advised the front desk staff of the room not being clean and she then booked us in a room at the comfort inn where we stayed the night. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The room did not have a light upon entering the room. The light switch didn’t work or there was no light at the entrance of the room like most rooms have. Everything was clean. The Inn is walking distance from restaurants and stores to shop. It was a nice stroll. The Books & Roses coffee shop so cute & really good coffee and natural juices… I don’t think I will book with them again though. We traveled and I was tired and all the back and forth until we actually hit into a clean room was just a bit much. The free breakfast was good enough. I rate the Comfort Inn 4/5, The Heritage in 2/5 and the entire experience 1/5…

The property is within walking distance from the transportation center but the information desk at the transportation center did not tell me about it and not taxi was available. The pictures showed that the room has bathtub but they did not, I asked for refund before checking in but even though the employee agreed that the posted pictures have bathtub but in reality no bathtub exist, the management refused the refubd

Vieux hôtel qu’ils ont essayer de rénover. Ça pue a dans les couloirs. Le déjeuner inclus n’est pas bon et le personnel pas sympa. Ça fait l’affaire pour un court séjour mais il y a mieux !!

I have been at this property many times they have made some improvement but sadly I couldn’t use the indoor or outdoor pool because was dirty and the water on the indoor pool was very cold, never mind the outdoor pool they need to do a better maintenance but everything else was great no issues
