The staff at this hotel made us feel like we were friends all along. Very friendly and accommodating. Very helpful with local knowledge as well. I also want to point out that Jackie the waitress was AMAZING! She is the hardest working person we’ve seen in a hotel. She never stops! She was so sweet, remembered our names and was super attentive! How lucky this hotel is to have such a hard working woman! We will definitely be back!

Read This Review Before You Book!!!

I was disappointed with this hotel from the moment I walked in. The property looks rundown, with only a SINGLE and SMALL elevator for over 100 rooms — completely unacceptable and inconvenient. I paid nearly $350 per night, yet the room wasn’t even worth half that price. The carpets and furniture were old, the pillows were uncomfortable, the iron board was broken, and the overall condition of the building clearly shows it is in desperate need of renovation. Don't be fooled by the photo-shopped picture! I have stayed at many Holiday Inns before, but I have never experienced one in such poor condition. This hotel does not meet the standards of the brand, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.
