The hotel was disappointing. The beds were way too soft. Not comfortable. We specifically chose this hotel for the large indoor pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, they do not keep the indoor pool heated. Additionally, the pool hours are restricted because they have to have a lifeguard on duty due to local laws. They staff it starting at 3:00 pm. Had we known this, we would have booked at another hotel on the island. There are many hotels and lodging that offer indoor pools. We could have easily chosen another place to stay. I give the hotel a rating of a 3 due to the location and easy access to restaurants, shops and downtown hyannis and the port. Hotel was clean.
