It smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom didn't have toilet paper and we called reception but no one answered, there were bullets on the floor when we arrived, on the bed it looked like the sheets weren't clean, there was hair and the bed was dirty so we decided not to sleep there

Everything was just so-so. Nothing special. The beds were absolutely horrible. My wife and I both woke up with sore ribs. Couldn’t even get a smile out of the hostess.

The hallway smelled like human fesses. Bed was rock solid so I could not sleep. The bathroom was ice cold and mirror broken. Hotel restaurant and bar was closed due to renovations and no notice of that when booking. Overall one of the worst hotel experiences ever.
