Absolutely loved the sweet with the huge jacuzzi and super comfy beds and the location. It was freat being right in downtown hyannis for east ears and shopping.

Nice rooms - close to everything downtown, outside was a little run-down and outdated, but the room was updated and comfy!

Went for hubbys bday. This Room could use some work. Restaurant wasn’t open they were remodeling. Bedroom lighting was missing bulbs and some of the wiring was wacky. Jacuzzi was good.

The property was not secure. There was no check-in for vehicles to ensure that the cars belonged to guests. The parking lot was filthy and not regularly cleaned. The pull-out bed had many stains on the cushions. The carpets were not clean. The area behind the hotel was used by vagrants. The clerk scolded me for not alerting the hotel that I had a pet, which inconvenienced him because he had to change our room. Clerks on duty did not look up and greet people as they entered the lobby. Anyone could have entered and gone into the halls and stairwells.

The room, itself, needed some updates and a little TLC. But it was clean and had what we needed for our 2-night stay at the Jr Princess Suite. The room was unique with the mirrors and jacuzzi tub. My daughter and i enjoyed splashing around in the outdoor pool. You cannot beat the location!! Walking distance to a convenience store, shops, restaurants, and even the beach. It's a great location for families and a younger crowd looking to go out on the town.

I found the staff really, really nice...couldn't figure out how to turn on my TV....they came right up to my room and looked at the remote....Missing one battery!! They fixed it....couldn't figure out how to open the shower...they came up right away and tried to fix it! A lovely staff and the room was very clean!
