The pictures online do not do its justice. It is poorly maintained, noisy & unclean. Several guests in the lobby were complaining about the condition of their room.

This was my second time staying here because I was very happy with everything my first time. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area. Spacious, clean, and comfy rooms, welcoming and hard-working staff, and the kitchenette is perfect for an extended stay.

This property was perfectly placed. Convenient to dining and ferry. It was not fancy, but it was great if you just need a place to stay. It was very clean. No bugs, which is something I always look for. Reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for one night stay in Hyannis

Clean room, comfy bed, nice kitchenette. Perfect to stay a night to catch a ferry or boat ride and walk Hyannis village at night.

We had room 12. It is at the end of the row of rooms and behind it is a public park. A group of unhoused persons camped right behind our room over night and made so much noise that we were not able to sleep. I realize that it is a public park and that the hotel was not able to intervene. Therefore, I cannot recommend that you stay there and we will not return. The room was decorated very nicely.

Stayed 2 nights. Clean property and great location. Walkable to Main street where there are many restaurants. Also walkable to Ferry and the beach. Room could use some updating and the price is a little steep for what they offer but it's the expected price for area in July.

Walkable to ferry to Martha's vineyard which saves money on parking. Hyannis has great restaurants in area.

My experience a tthe SeaCoast Inn was very positive; I actually extended a night, and will return. The location is perfect, a stones throw from both the dining and shopping area of Main Street and the lovely harbor area, perfect for morning walks, a ferry to the islands and I happened to catch a free evening concert. Parking is convenient and the staff is more than accomodating. It is a motel, but very clean, the rooms are large and have a small kitchenette. My king size bed was very comfortable. Enjoy your stay!
