Shuttle took over an hour to pick us up from the airport even though the hotel is less than a mile down the road. When we arrived they claimed they wouldn’t have a supervisor to talk to for over an hour. When inquiring if the shuttle would be reliable to get us back to the airport in the morning they just shrugged and stayed silent. The reception also told us that the restaurant was understaffed so could only do to go food. Needless to say this branch of Hyatt is extremely lacking in customer care and service. Do not stay here. Go elsewhere.

My only complaint, the airport driver drops us off at AA terminal 5, he knew that was our terminal was AA 4. everyone else on the shuttle was for AA 5.Told this was the drop off for both. We ended up having to walk outside and back to AA 4. Not good.
