The hotel is brand new and very well equipped. The restaurant Cask is excellent. The staff are exceptional, in particular, the manager Jack and the waiter/bartender Renzo. A fantastic day. Could not recommend more highly.

Outstanding staff and service.

Due the nature of my work, I have spent half my working life in hotels 40 + yrs to be exact. As a rule I don’t do reviews, but when i come across one that is truly exceptional then I will. This hotel is not the Hilton or the Marriott it’s a 3 star. What has got is a 5 star manager (Chris) and 5 star staff. When you walk in your greeted with happy smiling receptionists who a very helpful. The bar staff are all smiling and courteous and make some excellent cocktails. The food is excellent and drinks and food in my opinion are reasonably priced. The hotel in all areas is spotlessly clean. The rooms are quite large and ther hotel has been recently refurbished. I can’t praise Chris and his team enough and he has obviously got it right. A happy work force makes for a happy place. There was some noise coming from a hostel down the road at weekend, but if that is a problem, I’m sure they if you mention it they would accommodate you on the far side of the hotel. 10 out of 10 all day long fantastic

Awesome experience at Senoma, we needed an early check in and the staff was very helpful to accommodate us. Rooms are clean and the overall experience is excellent.

Senoma Hotel was the tranquil stay we were hoping for! A perfect view of the sand dunes from a resort-like vibe of a stay; beautiful pool, tiki-like swim-up bar, very cool bar & restaurant, pristine rooms with brand new amenities, and overall lovely atmosphere. We had a few drinks and appetizers from their restaurant by the pool which were delicious and served with class. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (thank you so much Jack, Ana, and Valeria!), I would highly recommend this place and stay again in a heartbeat! I did not see any other place in Haucachina that compared to Senoma :) Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

La struttura è nuovissima, e ha un design molto curato, la sua posizione su più piani con 2 piscine e adiacente alle dune la rende sicuramente affascinante. Le camere sono grandi, curate con tutti i confort. Il ristorante ha un cibo veramente eccellente, assolutamente da provare. Il personale è premuroso e molto gentile, anche se devo dire molto giovane e non tutti parlano inglese. Siamo stati in piscina dopo il checkout e abbiamo anche pranzato nell'ottimo ristorante, trascorrendo una giornata rilassante e piacevole.

Una experiencia cálida, impecable y muy bien cuidada, con pequeños detalles a pulir Mi estancia en este hotel fue realmente buena. Desde el primer momento se siente el cariño y la dedicación con la que es gestionado. Los encargados (o propietarios) fueron increíblemente atentos y cercanos, algo que marca una gran diferencia y eleva toda la experiencia. Las instalaciones son impecables, limpias, cómodas y bien mantenidas. La ubicación es ideal: tranquila, pero accesible a todo. Es un lugar donde uno se siente cuidado y en paz. El restaurante tiene un servicio amable y eficiente, pero creo que sería un plus si logran llevar la propuesta gastronómica a un nivel más acorde con la calidad general del hotel. Actualmente, los sabores y presentaciones se sienten un poco básicos; hay mucho potencial para sorprender más al paladar. Un detalle que creo importante mencionar (desde el respeto y la buena intención) fue el procedimiento de check-out. Tuve que esperar en recepción mientras alguien revisaba la habitación, lo cual no es habitual en hoteles donde he estado antes y puede generar una sensación incómoda. Entiendo que cada lugar tiene sus políticas, pero tal vez se podría revisar la forma de aplicar este tipo de controles sin afectar la experiencia del huésped. A pesar de esos pequeños aspectos, mi impresión general fue excelente. Me sentí bienvenido, seguro y valorado. Sin duda volvería y también lo recomiendo a quienes buscan una estadía extraordinaria.

El hotel es muy bonito, las piscinas lindas, el personal de recepción super amable, el restaurante rico y con buen servicio, el Wifi es inestable y en los cuartos no hay secadora de cabello, pedí en recepción me dijeron que no tenían, el personal del aseo nunca fue a la habitación a limpiar, pero de que el hotel es recomendable, de hecho lo es!
