It took me almost an hour to check in. While checking in, the receptionist almost charged me twice for the room. Once in the room of course it was cold. But before assigning me a room the receptionist went up and checked to make sure the room was available and he could have turned on the heat, he did not. Upon getting into the room and settling down and turning on the heat the unit wasn't blowing out any hot air. I gave it time to heat up but about 11:00 still nothing. I tried calling from desk but I think they left at 11:30. So couldn't request to be switched to a different room with a working unit. I really would like a refund because even if it was a cheap room, I have never had that bad of an experience at this hotel. There was hair on my pillows I didn't get under the comforter so I don't know what it looked like under there.

The staff was nice but very slow. The room needed some work. It seemed clean except behind the bathroom doors. I reserved 2 rooms, one for my husband and I and one for my daughter and her kids. Our door looked like somebody had missed the toilet and peed on the door. My daughters room had poop smeared on the back of the door. Im sure the cleaning staff just never realized the back of the door would be dirty. I also paid more for my daughters room so it would have 2 beds, but they gave her a room with 1 King bed. It was kind of late when we got there, so it worked for the night, but I wouldnt stay there again

Dated But Nice

I liked this nice little old hotel. Sure, it’s a bit dated and on the outskirts of town, but it was clean and the price was right! Staff was nice, check in fast, clean room, comfy bed and many tv selections. I’d stay there again.

Not My Cup Of Tea

We were a bit surprised and disappointed by the condition of the building. The outside of the building was not welcoming or inviting at all. A walk around the building with a garbage bag to collect the trash would have helped. When we got to our room the toilet didn't flush. They were very helpful and fixed it quickly. This motel does need a face lift as its very outdated. I will be looking for other accommodations on my next visit.
