To start, I made 3 or 4 trips to reception from second floor, the card to open the door was not activated then, when we finally got in… it was like 110* it was very HOT. 😡

The room was clean, but I was most impressed with the staff! I would like to commend the service we received from Jaleisa, Calen, and Dalynn. They went above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated!

All I can say is Thank you! We have two boys under 11. We truly enjoyed beds, morning breakfast, and front desk staff. Only one con which was the pool didn't open until 3 pm daily. Pool was a little rough, definitely needs upgrading. We will stay here again.
