Elevator broken. No sign on elevator to alert of issue. Ice maker did not work. No help from front desk staff despite me telling them that my husband was having knee surgery in 2 weeks and we needed help. Very upsetting. The front desk clerk stated that she would "make some notes."

Both of us slept excellent through the night. It was a very quiet motel (or the people staying there were). The room was very clean as were the sheets and linen. Have stayed here in the past and have always enjoyed the employees as they are very cordial, friendly and willing to help
