While this property was quiet, being next to a busy road, a few things made my stay a little restless. For starters, the room I stayed in had visible pry marks on the outside of the door, and being a single woman... it made be a little frightened. 2. There were no cameras outside the building except for by the door entrances, and I was driving a rental vehicle at the time. However, the parking lot was very lit up. It was affordable and pet-friendly, so overall, I was satisfied but on edge for a portion of my stay.

On my way to the hotel traveling from Billings, Montana to Idaho Falls I totaled my SUV by hitting a animal I had to go to the next town to book my room, which was in Rexburg, Idaho Through Hotels.com Comfort Inn did not want to refund me

Kitchen and laundry all one room.
Nothing in the building seemed to be well mentioned. My bathroom towel was worn so thin I could see through it and it had stains on it. I was really disturbed to find that the kitchen prep area and the laundry room were all one small space. The coffee was really gross that was offered in the dining room. I didn’t touch any of the food.

The property appeared worn and could've been better in terms of cleanliness and conditions. Things would've been fine had it been a lowest cost option hotel like a motel 6. But for a comfort inn it fell well short of expectation.

The staff were great and accommodating. Only complaint would be that the curtains were sheer and the lights around the building super bright. Bright light shone into the room throughout the night making it difficult to sleep. Would be nice to have black out curtains in rooms on the main floor
