The staff was great! Sandy “San Diego!”, and the office staff were helpful, professional, and courteous. I was there for the inexpensive weekly rates. So my experience was 3 weeks at the end with the other weekly renters. Barking dogs at all hours. It seemed seedy, but I didn’t witness any actual crimes. I’ll go back!

False Advertisement- no breakfast, no pool.

False advertisement. The hotel is advertised as having a breakfast and a pool. When I asked about breakfast, they said "we usually have danishes, but we ran out, so there is some coffee." Coffee is not breakfast, danishes alone barely qualify as breakfast. But if you run out of danishes, go buy more danishes!! We also planned to swim in the pool, but the pool was closed for the season. We booked the hotel for May 30-Jun 2.

The property was older, but the young lady at the front desk was very nice. They advertised a breakfast, but breakfast consisted of some fruit and granola bars. Kind of disappointing. Other than that the rooms were clean and the staff was accommodating.

When we arrived we were told that they wouldn’t serve breakfast as promised in the reservation. There was no water in the room, so we couldn’t use the bathroom until 6:30pm. The pool was closed, and the staff was really impolite. Overall our stay was very disappointing.

The room was clean, but the beds were not very comfortable. They were to have a lite continental breakfast, but were out of supplies. Coffee and tea were available.

Room was clean. Shower was a little awkward because of size and placement of shower head. But my biggest complaint is that there was no breakfast although the website states there is. We reserved there on that information and then had had to make last minute adjustments and pay for breakfast elsewhere making our departure late.
