The lady at the front desk was rude and acted like us checking in was putting her out. My son went down to the car and couldn’t remember our room number and asked the front desk lady for help and she was extremely rude to him telling him he was lying that he must be at the wrong place, how could he forget where he was etc. she called up to my room and said I think I have your kid down here. I said ok he must have gotten turned around and forgot where to go. When he got to the room he was sobbing!!! He was scared and felt so embarrassed. She made him feel like he had done something wrong asking for help. I was beyond mad!! Asked to talk to a manager but of course there wasn’t one on site.

YES- this is our recent favorite stay.
Stay here and get the river view room. The rooms were super clean, spacious, bright and modern. The balcony was great and the view was outstanding. This hotel has large grass areas to walk your dog.
