Stay was wonderful!! My child did find a vape on the ground by the bed, rather disgusting and scary!! Pool and hot tub were amazing and so was their hot water. So refreshing, we will definitely be back.

Couldn't pull out the handle on the shower. Had to call for someone to come up and pull it out. Very difficult to regulate the temperature of the shower.I t was either too hot or too cool. I thought the bed was too soft. but my husband slept well and liked the bed.

They are always friendly and polite. Hot tub was down when we checked in but it was working again just a couple hours later so we didnt have to miss out on relaxation time.

Bathroom door hinges need oil.. The tub faucet was very hard to turn on.. needs a bit of maintenance. Other than that everything was great. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful on our arrival.
