very unique and beautiful property with great older wood furniture. The only problem, not their fault, it was super hot when I went up there and the room was hot all day. The air conditioner just doesn’t keep up, but they’re not used to having weather like that in Idyllwild!

My boyfriend and I had a great stay! The place was cute, quiet, and had everything we needed. It's also very close to town so convenient to go in and out. I loved the little touch of delivering a small breakfast basket to your room on weekends - adorable! We would definitely stay here agin.

It says online and on Expedia that they serve free breakfast and they don’t, only on weekends and blankets, didn’t seem to be clean, also no outlets to plug anything

I was pleasantly surprised with the Bunkhouse. I was up for the Celtic Faire and it was a great place to rest my head after the long days. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and it was great having a kitchenette. The only downsides were the bathroom was on a very noticeable slope so tricky to get used to in the middle of the night. shower was very small, with very little water pressure and the breakfast while nice was very lack luster from the photos online. Still would highly recommended and will definitely be back.

Cozy and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Loved that there was a mini kitchenette area so we could make breakfast/lunch there. Some of the plates were dirty and there was a lot of dust on the lamps and a few other areas of the room. Everything else seemed quite tidy and clean. The back deck was a nice touch and we felt very cozy there between hikes. The flowers out front were beautiful! Would definitely come back 😊

Definitely recommend!

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at this place. It was very cozy and comfortable. It's a cute little place and would definitely recommend it and the cost was very affordable. And its just up the road from the village which was a blast to walk through.

Disappointing Experience – Misleading Listing

The place did not have everything shown in the pictures. Our room did not have the electric stove that was advertised, and despite selecting the "breakfast included" option while booking, we were not provided any breakfast in our room. There was no one at the office—we had to call a number, and the person we spoke to said breakfast is only offered on weekends. However, this was not mentioned in the room's welcome book. He offered oatmeal, but only at 9 AM, which defeats the purpose of booking a bed and breakfast—we specifically chose this place to save time and leave early in the morning. I feel misled. If weekday breakfast isn’t available, the listing should not have offered it as an option during the booking process. Had I known this, I would have booked another property with better amenities for a similar or even lower price. Additionally, the bathroom flush was not working properly, and there were ants in the bed—my child had one crawling on his leg, which caused him to panic. Overall, it was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

Debbie was nice. The rest was pretty bad I spent almost 3 hrs cleaning the place, even found a woman's purse, socks, and lighter in the sofa/chairs which tells me they don't bother to clean those areas, took before and after pictures even contacted the owner Rajiv offering my cleaning services didn't even ask for a refund or anything which I hear I wouldn't have gotten anyway. The guy just doesn't care about his properties and it's a shame because they have real potential. Would not recommend

The porch view of the mountains were amazing. I would certainly recommend this place. The room was lovely, comfortable, and cozy. The price range was perfect. I even got breakfast on Saturday as I stayed an extra day from Friday to Saturday. Will be returning.
