From the staff to the grounds, it was excellent. They have a beautiful Koi Pond and a nice little trail to follow as well. Most of all it was very quiet there and my husband and I need to get away for the weekend. It was perfect. Thank you, Silver Pines.

Other people staying did not park correctly and we weren’t able to park our car near our stay, it was inconvenient because we needed to repack some heavy bags for a flight. Would be helpful to explain the parking to people more clearly so they don’t take up additional spaces available

Escaped up from Palm Desert for the night into the Library Room. Beautiful stained glass windows above the bed and other areas. Enjoyed the decor along with reading early '80s National Geographic mags. Without AC the room was warm till 11pm-ish, but really enjoyed the stay overall. Neighbors from Borrego Springs were cool in shared patio area.

FALSE LISTING! Rooms have no air conditioning and they get really really hot...im currently at home and not working cause of heat exhaustion from staying there...and not really refunded well enough for what i went through...choose another property at idyllwild

Beautiful cabins.
It was a great stay in a beautiful location. Rustic yet elegant. The queen sofa convertible wasn’t as comfortable but everything else was great.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We spent one night in Mama Bear and loved the space! As hikers, the location and amenities (early check-in, use of the lodge, hiker boxes, etc.) were perfect.
