No toilet paper whatsoever in the room. Called several times and no answer. Had to visit the office next morning to pick it up. Also explained that the room was covered in dog or cat hair. My son sneezed way too much as a result. I explained both of these issues to the front desk as I was leaving and she couldn't have cared one bit. Beautiful setting but really lacking in customer service and attention to detail.

Clean. Very Comfortable king bed. Some nice updates. Rustic wood desk and decor. Heat/Air inverter. Separate toilet from shower and sink. Refrigerator and microwave. Key code entry. Text message for check out confirmation. Some minor blemishes in room 35: the showerhead was leaky. Maintenance came to fix it, but then it leaked again after the second shower. Floor tile was uneven at the sink. I could hear the TV from a neighboring room. Fan in the shower room was super noisy when initially turned it on, but it went away after a few seconds. No fan in the toilet room. Wonderful customer service at the registration office and at the peak restaurant. The food was well prepared. delicious and reasonably priced. Promo at the time: Hotel guests get a free salad with entree was awesome.

Gem in the mountains

Enjoyable from start to finish. Check in was a breeze. Received text communication before checking in and reminder for checkout. Cabin was roomy and clean. Restaurant was nice with an inviting atmosphere. Activities for all ages. Great escape to be in nature but with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Lovely room but the hair dryer plug in the bathroom was non operational. There was no water when you turned on the water faucet in the shower. Would have liked to have been able to turn off the outside porch light to eliminate light coming through the closed blinds at night. But the food in the restaurant was delicious!

It was a diamond in the rough, the gym and pool and tennis court and arcade room was AWESOME, i just wish they cleaned a little bit better, I hate to find hair in the tub but besides that solid 6.8/10
