Great location. It’s a little noisy in the morning from traffic otherwise it a wonderful place.

The bed in the executive sweet was very comfortable and I liked the blankets and pillows. My hair felt so soft after using their shampoo too! The location is noisy but I think that is to be expected.

Everything was good except the free breakfast was very limited, although tasted great! Nice hotel otherwise, very helpful staff, great wifi and clean rooms.

The breakfast was a bit of disappointment. It was only 1 or 2 guys working at the restaurant and they did not restock the food items neither the dishes and coffee cups in a timely manner. If you come at 8 am you will be fine but at 9 am everything is gone. Also they didn’t have bowls at all. We asked a staff member and he told us to use the coffee cups instead! We stayed at another Transamerica property in Belo Horizonte prior to this one and the breakfast was great! At least 4 staff members were working at the restaurant and they kept everything well stock and there was never a shortage of anything. Anyway I hope the hotel’s management can fix these problems. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the great location.
