It was a pleasant enough stay.

The flat was modern, well kept, & beautiful. Our host was very responsive & wonderful whenever we had any questions. It was a lovely stay & I’ll stay again!

Bed was dreadfully uncomfortable. There needs to be better sound proofing- selfish guests returning drunk late at night made a lot of noise- not helpful when you have an early flight

Nice area, walking to downtown, big rooms, with decent kitchen, no TV, shower very tight you can pass from hot to cold water just by moving accidentally with your elbow. There is a bad odor coming from the water pipes in all the building (old installations).

A great location 10 mins from train station and 25 mins from the airport. Based in the old town it was a good location to base ourselves. Very clean and a distinctive smell as you enter.

Didn't sleep on Friday night. The bar played music till 2am which was audible in the room. Up out of the hard bed at 5 for my flight.

there is no staff, only the host. It is hard to get contact with the host. The pool is not on site, hard to find it. Parking is not onsite. Hard to get in. The wardrobe is unstable, it is almost fall when open it. Dangerous for kids.

So, I booked this place on hotels.com. 2 days before I sent an email that we will arrive late and if they would be there to help us settle in. I received no answer...this will be a big issue later. Transportation is difficult in the city, meaning nothing is on time, so prepare to wait. The walking distance wasn't bad but the roads and sidewalks are all under construction...for years probably. We arrived at location...stairs only...not exactly senior friendly which my mother happened to experience. Even the reception is on the first floor. When the receptionist gave us the room key she mentioned that it's only small stairs and low floors...tell that to a 75 year old, coming from someone maybe 25 years old. When we realized that the room was a double, I went back to ask for 2 twins. She almost bit my head off that she sees no notes in the system. Then was confronted that I didn't send anything. I had to show and prove that I actually sent an email. Long story short, she gave us another room like she was doing us a favor, shame that manners don't exist anymore! The rooms look like the originals from when the building was built... The rooms were in horrible condition and the "bed" were similar to what they would offer in a jail cell...absolutely ridiculous! Oddly enough, the bathroom was great and the shower was top notch! Weird combination for sure! Breakfast was also good for the price and in comparison to all the other hassles. Avoiding is the safest bet.
