Exceeded my expectations...I came from a 5 star resort and was VERY happy! The location was convenient and close to the heart of KL ( maybe a 10 to 15 min grab ride)The sheets and linens were as good as any 5 star resort and SPOTLESSLY CLEAN! The entire staff treated me like a certified VIP! Would definitely recommend and stay again! I had the spiral staircase duplex ...Just FANTASTIC!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the views were absolutely stunning. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and well designed.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The check-in process was quite confusing, and the instructions for accessing the hotel were not very clear, especially upon arrival. There was also a sewer smell coming from the bathrooms during our stay (probably because it’s a new building).
Overall, a lovely property with amazing views and a beautiful apartment.

New hotel under construction and room isn’t very usable. Shower has no shower stand, bed has bed bugs. Bathroom falling apart and no TV channels. No sauna .
