Very nice place. Very good location. 3 minutes drive to downtown and all restaurants and nightlife. They tried to charge an extra fee but I refused to pay as my reservation was fully paid at hotels.com. Ótima localizacao, otimo lugar, 3 minutos de carro do centro da Cidade, restaurantes e vida noturna. Tentaram me cobrar uma taxa extra mas eu me recusei já que a reserva estava paga na sua totalidade aqui pelo site.

Good rooms with excellent staff.

Very nice and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. The breakfast was also nice but the big difference was the staff from the reception to the breakfast team they were all very friendly, polite and helpful. We would definitely be back.

A Pousada é simplesmente fantástica. Tudo perfeito, o quarto que ficamos, limpeza, roupas de cama e banho, todas bem limpinhas e cheirosas. Café da manhã simples, mas atende bem. O pessoal de recepção é um grande diferencial na Pousada. Maravilhosos. Voltaremos em breve.

Simplesmente encantadora! Essa foi a nossa segunda vez na pousada e, com certeza, não será a última. Já virou o nosso cantinho preferido em Ilhabela! O café da manhã é simples, mas feito com muito carinho, delicioso! Ficamos na suíte master, com hidromassagem perfeita com água quente e fria, TV smart grande e tudo sempre muito limpo e organizado. Foi passagem rápida , a pousada estava em manutenção mas não nos atrapalhou por ser 1 diária , o rapaz Agnaldo da recepção muito atencioso merece os parabéns , somente o café que acredito que poderia ter variedades ,enfim melhorar a atenção no café , o quarto que fiquei a tv não era smart porém a acomodação foi confortável e limpo

Não recomendo quarto standart

Tive q mudar de quarto pagando a mais pelo upgrade, pois o quarto q havia feito a reserva(quarto standard) é minúsculo com uma cama péssima super pequena e mole demais. No caso ou eu pagava pra fazer um upgrade de quarto ou iria ter q procurar um outro hotel, opção q n queria, pois tava cansado da viagem. Outro ponto negativo é cobrar por toalha de piscina e a cobrança é por dia e não estadia. Os funcionários são atenciosos e o quarto q fiz upgrade pagando tb era bom.
