Stunning place, incredible views and beautiful nature. Property itself has seen better days, needs updating and wifi signal was very weak and inconsistent. Breakfast selection very small and fruits vere not ripe.

A pousada oferece um visual de tirar o fôlego! É realmente um paraíso e só por isso já vale muito a pena! Confirmando o que outros hóspedes relataram, ela fica mais afastada da cidade e você precisa de veículo para tudo, principalmente porque não se pode contar com o restaurante pois está quase sempre fechado. Fiquei no período do réveillon e mesmo assim não vi o bar da piscina aberto nenhum dia. Vá com um alimentos e bebidas para passar os dias pois lá realmente não tem! Do resto, achei a limpeza boa mas entendo que deveriam ter trocado roupa de cama ou toalhas, fiquei 4 dias e isso não foi feito. Pontos que dá pra superar!

A proposta da pousada é excelente, tem uma vista incrível para a serra e para o mar. Em relação localização, fica bem isolada ao lado sul da ilha, dificultando o acesso ao centrinho, onde ficam os melhores restaurantes e praias menos lotadas. Um trajeto de no mínimo 30 minutos. No quarto que ficamos tinha apenas uma tomada 220v e não estava funcionando. Além do cheiro muito forte de madeira, que eu até entendo pois é a proposta do local. Mas é bem impactante logo ao chegar no quarto e abrir a porta. É como se a madeira tivesse sido molhada e secou a sombra.

Atendeu às expectativas, mas peca no atendimento
Eu e meu marido passamos um fim de semana, de sexta a segunda, na suíte master Leopardo e dentro do que tínhamos de expectativa, fomos totalmente atendidos. Se você busca um lugar isolado, completamente integrado à natureza e, principalmente, com um visual de tirar o fôlego, vai amar aqui! - A pousada fica no extremo sul da ilha, cerca de 20km da balsa, muito longe de tudo. Para mim isto não é um problema e eu já sabia, mas se você faz questão de ficar perto de restaurantes, do centro e toda estrutura turística, não é para você. - O café da manhã oferecido é simples, mas para mim mais q suficiente, No entanto, para quem prefere uma variedade maior de opções, é importante ajustar as expectativas. - Quanto à estrutura do quarto, havia problemas como abajures queimados, porém, isso não afetou a experiência geral. Os móveis e decoração não são modernos, então menciono aqui para quem valoriza esses critérios ficar ciente. - Fui informada que o bar da piscina funciona das 13:30 às 21h, no entanto, não abriu nenhum dia. - Não servem almoço no hotel, mas isso ninguém informa. Há um cardápio no quarto mas não serve para nada. - certa noite liguei no restaurante para fazer um pedido e não atendiam. Pedi ajuda no ramal da recepção e disseram que não podiam fazer nada, que eu deveria continuar tentando. (Entendo que a recepção deveria dar suporte ao hóspede) Como a expectativa era sossego e contato com a natureza, fiquei bem satisfeita, mas sugeriria uma boa melhora no atendimento.

É bom, mas pode ser melhor.
O hotel é lindo, possui uma vista maravilhosa para o mar, ideal para quem busca tranquilidade. A manutenção do hotel deixa a desejar no quesito beleza e conforto dos quartos, pois faltam pequenos reparos, desde pintura a limpeza. A qualidade do colchão é bem ruim, tão antigo que dava até pra sentir as molas. O valor do restaurante do hotel é abusivo diante da qualidade da entrega, um porção de arroz com fritas e um pedaço de peixe ao molho nos custou R$62 (cada), um preço alto para uma comida simples e mal temperada. Vale ressaltar que o bar do hotel não existe, como mencionado na descrição. Fazem propaganda de massagens e tratamentos faciais e corporais, todavia não é um serviço contratado diretamente com o hotel, somente é disponibilizado o espaço para a massagem e o cliente que entra em contato com o prestador de serviço para agendar. Por fim, vale deixar um elogio aos funcionários do hotel, muito simpáticos e receptivos.
