The pool and restaurant were nice but the rooms are like sleeping in a small square box and their were more bugs in my room than I saw outside. Major construction going on next door.

The pools (plural) were lovely and clean. The room was clean and good TV options (English!). The hotel is very centrally located--super close to the main part of town and easy walking distance to the beach.

Horrible service.
I am demanding a refund for our whole stay at this horrible hotel. We have been in the jungle for 9-10 days, we haven’t slept in a bed for 10 day, and haven’t had a real shower for 10 days. I specifically picked this more this expensive hotel and room for its comfort and two beds. We arrive at 14:20 and our room wasn’t ready, we had to stay until 16:40 to get a room without any room apologies or excuse. And the room wasn’t as we ordered, but it for a small room with only one bed. I expect much more from a hotel that charges 150 USD for one night.

Muito boa. A única coisa é que ficamos em um quarto no segundo andar e para quem tem problemas de joelho ou está cansada fica desconfortável pois não existe elevador. O café da manhã e os funcionarios são muito bons.
