Falta de manutenção para Seguranca.
Péssima. Minha filha de 5 anos teve uma sucção pela piscina, ficou e está com a perna roxa. O hotel não fez nada, não tinha kit primeiro socorros e continuo funcionando normalmente, com os mesmo problemas. É grave o assunto, pois poderia ter sido o cabelo, o rosto, etc. Total irresponsabilidade! Fora que o Hotel possui muita pouca segurança para crianças, descaso total.

Estrutura excelente, lugar lindo, comida péssima
Hotel com excelente estrutura, indico muito para família com crianças pequenas, que creio que seja o maior público do hotel. Acho que falta recreação pois tem uma grande quantidade de crianças deveriam investir nisso. Piscina com restaurante e música ao vivo, bar na praia, parque excelente para criança, quarto amplo porém antigo, já necessitando de uma modernizada, staff educado e solicito, o local em que o hotel está situado é muito lindo com cachoeira, praia, porém um pouco distante do centro. Comida péssima, muito ruim mesmo, o restaurante tem um ambiente agradável, música ao vivo de qualidade, porém precisa investir na qualidade dos pratos, contratar um chef, café da manhã igualmente ruim, variado porém não condizente com a qualidade do hotel, aqueles salgados cheio de massa com cara de que estava ali a semanas, bolo pronto, até a tapioca não era gostosa porque o queijo usado não era de qualidade, não há qualidade nos insumos. Esse é o ponto principal que o hotel precisa investir para melhorar, por conta da distância do centro é muito prático comer no próprio hotel mas a comida desanima mais que a distância.

Foi ótima minha experiência! Fiquei em um quarto com vista mar ( pouco mais caro, mas vale a pena) muito bom! O atendimento também muito bom! É para mim o melhor foi poder usufruir da praia privativa de lá.. O restaurante é bom, mas preços bem caros.

Pontos fortes: - hotel no meio de uma bela natureza - proximidade da praia - boa infraestrutura física (quartos, piscina, academia) Pontos fracos: - atendimento em geral (recepção, café da manhã, restaurante, piscina) - organização e treinamento de pessoas - preço da estadia e da alimentação A estadia valeu a pena muito mais pela localização e natureza ao redor do que pelos serviços do hotel, chamado de resort. Muito trabalho ainda precisa ser feito para ser considerado um “resort” e receber de fato o que se paga pela diária. Recomendo a estadia, porém tenham em mente que o atendimento não será a altura de um resort. Sugiro ao hotel uma boa estruturação de pessoas e treinamentos para que a experiência fique ainda melhor

Pontos muito positivos: limpeza impecável, tanto dos quartos quanto dos ambientes de uso comum; empenho dos empregados do resort em fazer o melhor que podem para atender os hóspedes; qualidade dos pratos do menu servidos no restaurante; beleza extraordinária da reserva ecológica onde o resort está instalado. Pontos que podem ser melhorados: porção de alguns pratos principais do menu, que podem ser um pouco maiores para satisfazer duas pessoas que comem pouco.
