The nicest and most helpful staff of any pousada we've stayed in. And that's lots. Everyone was great. The property has a friendly, easygoing atmosphere. Special commendation to restaurant and front desk! My laptop malfunctioned during our 3-day stay, and Douglas, at reception, dedicated literally hours to helping me get a good broadband connection, find service, etc. As soon as the pousada secures reliable internet/wifi, this will be our go-to in Ilhéus.

A pousada é muito boa, o quarto é excelente e a area muito bonita e bem arborizada, pena que o servico de wifi é ruim e o cafe da manha poderia ter mais opções e quando fiz o check out perguntei ao funcionário se poderia ficar na area da piscina ja que iria almoçar, o mesmo me informou q teria que pagar o day use, achei estranho, mas recomendo.
