The property looks and feels outdated and poorly maintained. We paid more expecting a true 5-star resort experience, but in reality, it did not even meet the standards of a 3-star property. There were numerous issues throughout our stay, including mold and dirt in the shower, an uncomfortable bed and pillows, and a blanket that appeared dirty. Overall, the resort was very disappointing and did not provide the quality, comfort, or value that was advertised. I would not recommend it, as it was simply not worth the money.

So everything here is top notch. The service and the staff are amazing, the pool villa is a pleasure, the food allthough not that diverse had a good quality and taste. So for an all-inclusive experience it is 5 stars. Not what you would expect but better.

We had a really nice and peaceful vacation at Atrium Hotel. The breakfast was honestly excellent, with so many options: fresh fruit, bakery items, eggs, coffee, charcuterie, various cheeses, jams, yogurts, cereal, tea, and various types of bread, etc. It was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had where breakfast is included. The hotel has pools for both adults and kids, and the beach is very nice: sandy, clean, and shallow at the beginning, so it’s easy to get into the water and relax. The hotel food was good as well. The menu is a bit limited, but perfectly satisfactory. There are also two restaurants next door if you want to eat outside the hotel. We tried Sea Breeze, and it was very good. Potos is within walking distance if you want a small beach town experience with shops, restaurants, and a livelier atmosphere. It does get more crowded there, so I appreciated how quiet and calm the hotel felt. Overall, this is a great place for a quiet, peaceful Mediterranean vacation. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the beach was beautiful, and the whole stay felt very relaxing.

The property was modern and very clean. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful specially Eli and Theodore. Recommend 💯

The hotel staff was kind and very helpful. Both the premises and the room itself were neat and very clean. The amenities looked and felt premium. Overall we were happy with the stay.
