Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Staff needs more training especially in house keeping & also the hotel needs to allocate funds on buying proper cleaning equipment such as vacuum & also should have available iron & board whenever it's needed by the costumer not just give them an iron with exposed wires that can be a source or accident or injury.
