Lucky from the reception desk- you are the best!!! You worked above and beyond, very courteous and always willing to help. Cedric and Rain - concierge also worked above and beyond their responsibilities. They knew their customers and always ready to help each time I ask questions. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Location is perfectly situated next to SM City. Price is great, considering the location. Thanks!!!!

Less amenities you still need to call to have one, shower pump stuffs for shampoo, conditioner and body wash are very hard to pump you will injure your arm. The door of the room we were given has no safety lock. The beddings are not good enough to keep you warm for the cold temp of the room. I asked to help us set the temp down but nobody came though I was told they will send an engineer. Will not check in to this hotel again.
