The staff were very kind and helpful but the property did not reflect what was advertised or what I paid for.

If you come from the west, it is and seems very minimalistic. It's noisy. Be prepared to wake at 520 every morning. But i would not trade my experience there for anything. I will miss all of the employees there as of 1/11/26. Love, Nadiyya

I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

El personal de limpieza es super atento. Las habitaciones no son de lujo pero son muy buenas. La vista a las pirámides se roba todo el protagonismo. El desayuno es bastante abundante.

Every single person in this property was so nice, respectful and helpful. Highly recommended!

Spent one night here and the staff were very friendly. Great place to stay if you are looking for a hotel close to the Pyrminds

Overall great value for money
