Great for solo travelers

It was on its own floor. The apartment was a good size for a family of 5. Had I known there would be a washer and dryer in the room I would have brought less clothes since we did laundry everyday. The showers were a bit hard to use for the kids but they figured it out by the end. There was one night we needed to call the front desk from a nearby Monday hotel as we blew a fuse when we used the toaster oven and microwave at the same time.

I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Loved the hotel and location.

I am giving this hotel a bad review because maybe it’s a cheap hotel but then they should advertise that as well. The outlets for my phone charger does not work. They had to give me a their own charger to charge my phone also the staff wasn’t much help adjusting me to my room and the language yes it’s Japanese but at least tell Me what the things in my room say and do also the checkout time is earlier than any country I’ve ever been in 10 AM??. They walked into my room, surrounded my bed and basically kicked me out of my room and then charged me a late fee. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a dog in fact, I would recommend this hotel for a dog. They were OK with me arriving late to check in, but made it a big deal for me to leave at a later time. For your sake, stay at a better hotel just because a hotel is cheap. Does not mean that the service should be terrible and half ass-ed

Clean will stay again next time

Enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and very affordable. The rooms were a good size for Tokyo and the amenities were wonderful. Location was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly! Extremely helpful! You can leave your luggage there for the day prior check in or even after check out if you planned to get food after checking out
