We couldn't get the coffee machine to work in our room and a member of staff came within a couple of minutes and sorted it for us. The room was spotless and lovely and warm. Love this hotel, have stayed here a few times now, food is amazing. Spa and pool are fantastic. Rooms are beautiful and spotless clean, staff are friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be back.
