Location is near to only chinatown. Abt 15mins walk to supermkt. Counter staff are not helpful especially when help is needed, their reply is i dont knw even without trying to help out. Overall, thanks but no thanks.

We had an excellent stay. The rooms were very nice and the hotel breakfast was amazing! We also walked through the Open Port Area. The staff was very helpful too.
