Staff members are friendly, patient, and professional, especially when dealing with foreigners and the inevitable language barrier. I will continue staying here whenever in the area. Very dated hotel. My room had evidence of water damage (cracks in wall, peeling wall covering, mold, and rust in ceiling fixture). Entry way light bulb was burnt out, bathroom fan was inoperable, and bathroom mirror needed replacing as well. Toilet produced sulfuric smell every time it was flushed. Bed was comfortable! Breakfast was sub-par.

For the price, perhaps one night before the flight is tolerable... because other hotels near ICN are rather far... The hotel is in poor condition... the corridors and rooms are very dimly lit... Windows show white stains... but are not cleaned. This hotel wasn't this bad years ago... but the lack of care is clearly visible.
