Could be better.
The WiFi speed was too slow. Takes longer than usual for page to refresh. The bath towel provided in the bathroom smell unfresh and stale. Carpet looks old. Slippers provided are not disposable, a hygiene concern. Biggest issue being the earliest airport shuttle leaves at 6am, which is a bit late for those having early flights. It would be helpful if hotel can have an earlier shuttle that leaves for the airport at 5:30am.

Seemed as if it was a luxury location once upon a time. Now worn and unkempt. Weird room key lighting. No way to turn off selected lamps. It was all or nothing. It was however convenient to the airport. Appreciated the CU in the lobby for snacks. Shuttle from the airport communication was useful and on time.

The Hotel is near Paradise City where there are good dining options. Hotel rooms are very basic (no power wash on toilets; rooms needs an upgrade ; towels and carpets are well worn). It's Ok for 1 night for easy access to Incheon airport.

I had a day and a half to wait for my plane. i wanted a room which was comfortable and had a good working space - this had all that and more. Breakfast lunch were good and reasonably priced. The shuttle ran every 30 minutes and was very prompt. All in all this hotel is a blessing for travellers.

Good Hotel
We used the hotel for an overnight stay prior to our flight home. Staff were very helpful and although their shuttle bus did not leave early enough for our check in they provided a timetable and map for the free airport shuttle bus that departed from just around the corner from the hotel. We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions and although both rooms were spacious both had carpets that were stained and let down the appearance of the room.

Would not recommend, even for one night just to be close to the airport. Very dated property, with bizarre fixtures. The sink was at thigh level, the tiny shower area was fitted with a tiny tub, and the TV looked like it belonged in a museum. At night, we encountered a large group of drunk Koreans staying on our floor who leered at us, then proceeded to party loudly into the AM. Best thing about the hotel was the airport shuttle bus.
