The hotel room was a very nice size. I booked a 2 twin room with a kitchen. It's fairly large. One reason I booked this hotel was for the free shuttle to the airport. We had an early flight so we had to make sure we are able to catch our flight on time and not be bothered about how and when to get to the airport if we were staying in Seoul. You need to book the shuttle when you check in. Also, you get a free welcome drink which you get a voucher and redeem it across the lobby. Also, there is a Lotte Mart nearby so if you need to stock on snacks or last minute shopping, you can go there. Or if you stay more than 1 night, you can actually use the kitchen after buying groceries from Lotte Mart.

Ideal place to stay for a stop over to Busan if you arrive at the airport late in the evening, are tired from a long flight or need a hotel closer to Inchon airport for a departure. The free shuttle is great and arrived in a timely manner. The train station to Seoul is literally a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The location was amazing for food, a market and shopping.

Securing a shuttle ride FROM the airport seems like an impossible feat, but from hotel to airport was quite easy. The hotel was clean, staff were professional and there were plenty of food options available.

The room itself was very good. It was very clean and spacious. However, they do not answer you when you contact them. We tried to arrange airport pick-up but the website wasn't functioning. So we reached out through here a week before to ask for help, however we did not get a response. We tried again 3 day prior, again no response.
