Everything is great . Except the Television has limited channels ( English ) .. There’ s 2 News Channel CNN and BBC .. sports channels are all in Chinese, Korean and Japanese.. After a long day of touring Seoul and the outskirts it’s nice to unwind with a glass of wine and watch a News that’s not keep repeating itself.. But otherwise the staff are so nice and impressive and helpful..

Top of the line hotel.
Top notch hotel with wonderful service from all of the staff members. They greet you upon arrival and immediately help out with luggage to the check in counter. The buffet is huge and has options for both western breakfast and Korean breakfast. The rooms are spacious and the shower/tub combination is big enough to walk around in. The hotel shuttle comes every 30 minutes and is very convenient (just remember to go up to the 3rd floor once you walk into the airport for international departures)

Staff at the check-in wrote the wrong room number on the keycard holder during check-in, when I tried a few time to enter the room, I am unable to get in and I heard other guest voices coming from the room. I had to go down to sort it out with another staff. I was also not aware that the minibar was not complementary. As other Hyatt Hotel I stayed before have complementary minibar. Overall, the room is well furnished, clean and comfortable. The hotel is also located near Incheon Airport. Free Shuttle bus is provided to the airport. If not for the reasons stated above, this would have been a great stay for a short layover before leave Korea.

Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Free shuttle to and from airport which is great. Perfect for a stopover. Pool was nice but you have to wear a swimming hat which i wasnt aware of and so had to buy one. Food options very good, although pricey, but everything ee had to eat was delicious.

The mini bar was extremely expensive as was the instant coffee and tea, so we did not use it. Fortunately, it was a short walk to the East tower which had a good breakfast buffet and coffee shop .
