Great stay and great staff! Very clean rooms and especially attentive room crew. I found it a little odd that the Grand Club served the same meal from the Grand Cafe the following day, but it was still delicious!

We had an early morning flight out of ICN and didn't want to risk a commute through Seoul, so we spent our last night at the Grand Hyatt ICN. We had dinner in Seoul and essentially just checked in, went to the room and slept, and then took an Uber to Terminal 1 bc we had to leave before the first shuttle bus started. We didn't use any of the amenities, just showered and slept. But the hotel was fit for purpose. Would stay again.
