Even with an extra bed, the room was spacious. View of the airport was good. But the breakfast buffet was not as much as we would expect for a Grand Hyatt. Swimming pool okay, sauna was very small and overcrowded. Overall nice experiance!

I brewed this Grand Hyatt three times over the three weeks I was touring Korea. I had booked the first two as pay on site and that I could cancel them if needed and everything went very week great place to stay. The last stay, however, was a problem because our rental car fell through so we could not get back from the east coast to check in. I called the day before and they told me it was a fully paid booking that was non refundable. I explained what had happened and they did not care. I got nothing for that almost $500. That was so disappointing. You would think they would allow me to shift a day or two but no.
