Disappointing service. Went to the rooftop bar/restaurant with our 3 children. Ordered and waited almost an hour and still no meals. Had ordered fish and chips and fries so not that hard to cook! Attendant was not apologetic, simply brushed off and asked us to wait. Ended up leaving, no dinner. Rooms are ok, but the bathroom doors aee apring loaded and noisely crash closed every time. Area around the hotel is pretty dirty, a few dining options but nothing special. Will stay somewhere different next time.

Enjoyed our room and stay. Some furniture worn/desk chair had sharp edges on casters. Great access to Central Park, shopping, art, and restaurants. We would enjoy staying with them again.

I stayed there for 1 night. Was clean, felt safe and there are good amount of cafe and restaurants around. But there is jot much tourist attraction spots around it. In total was ok.
