This was the strangest hotel experience we have had. While the rooms are very spacious and clean, the hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere, but near the airport. There is nothing walkable nearby. There is an huge shower and tub, and robes provided, yet there are no bath towels-only hand towels. They do not have water refill stations and charge you for extra water. The temperature controls in the rooms cannot be utilized by guests and temps are controlled by the hotel. We got weird vibes staying here and can’t quite put our finger on it. Would not stay here again.

Beautiful hotel near the airport. Wasn’t able to get on my flight so I booked same day and was lucky to get a reservation. Rooms were clean and spacious. No amenities provided but there’s a vending machine in the lobby, there’s a phone charger there for a reasonable price which came in clutch since I wasn’t expecting to be staying overnight in Incheon. Staff were friendly, there’s room service and a cafe in the lobby as well for some heatable meals and drinks. Free breakfast sandwiches as well that you just grab and go. There are lockers on the lobby as well that you can use for up to a week. Will definitely book again if needed a stay near the hotel. Highly recommend!

Spacious rooms and bathrooms to help get your ready and relaxed before your flight! It’s also just 10 mins from Paradise City so if you have time to kill, you can go to the spa there. They offer luggage storage and free airport shuttle. Just book it, you won’t regret it.

Only stayed one night but the room was lovely, the bed huge and super comfortable. A little surprised you have to pay for room slippers and the towels in the bathroom were all small hand towels so using the shower.. you could not use them because they would t get around half the body. I found this odd. Bath / shower towels that would fit a child. The shower also wouldn’t stay in place and remained flopped over. There was no way to switch to the overhead shower, and water leaked in the corner onto the bathroom floor.
