Very clean, modern hotel, comfortable beds, good food from room service. The airport shuttle hours were quite limited, rendering it useless for us. Very quiet even though it is so close to the airport. Nice mountain views. Nothing nearby within walking distance.

I booked this hotel because I had an early morning flight and saw that it offered a free shuttle service. I thought this would make it easier to get to the airport. However, when I arrived at the hotel the evening before my flight and asked how to use the shuttle, I was told it had to be reserved at least one day in advance and was already full. Instead, I was told I would need to take a taxi. The hotel is located in a remote area where taxis are not readily available. Although the staff helped me call one, I had to wait over 20 minutes for it to arrive. The driver also charged me more than the meter showed, but since I was running late for my flight, I didn’t argue. I almost missed my flight. If the shuttle service is first-come, first-served or requires advance booking, the hotel should clearly state this on its description page. Had I known, I would not have booked this hotel.

The property mentioned about 2 free water and we found the water bottle was half full. There were no full size towels. No toiletries provided. And the shuttle bus to airport is not running 24hours!

The hotel airport shuttle situation is a bit inconvenient, but the staff was very kind and helped us order a taxi for a very early trip to the airport. We booked a room with a mountain view, and I was blown away at how beautiful it was! The room was clean, comfortable, and contemporary. The whole vibe of the hotel is really cool, and it made my overnight stay during a long layover truly feel like part of my vacation. I would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel looked clean overall but some attention to details (around the toilet seat cover) is needed. The hotel restaurant is expensive and the portions are small. Buy yourself some snacks at the airport convenience store before coming here. There is a free airport shuttle that you need to book 1 day in advance.
