This is a great airport hotel. Extremely easy to get to. Very comfortable bed. Clean and efficient shower and bathroom facilities. I stayed twice in a week and will go back when I have a long enough layover. Only drawback is that hotel is out on its own. But 5 minutes from the terminal makes up for that deficiency.

I will always stay at this place. Very clean. Heated toilets:) nice sauna! If you’re staying here and using the bus please pay attention to the schedule times and transit the airport accordingly. Love this place!

Ibis Ambassador Incheon
Nice hotel and greta front desk sevice. A ir conditioner in room did not cool room much. Temp stayed at 25°C. Restaurant (only one) did not have good quality food like last year. Seems more like frozen beef patties, sweet spicy shrip, fish katsu, warmed up. Orange, Grape juice and water. No soda. For 50,000 WON per person, it is not worth it. Next time, will need to buy food before coming to hotel. There's no other option besides convenient store.

Small lobby. Small room. Used slipper in the room. Empty bottled skin lotion. Shuttle every hour instead of half hour (other hotel). But shower was good. Water stream was strong and drained very well. Bed and pillow was good. Overall was fair stay for one night only

The location, five minutes from Terminal 2 couldn’t be more convenient. However, the free shuttle is not easy to recognize - look for an IBIS sign on the side. Once at the hotel, the checkin is easy and fast, the rooms neat and spotlessly clean. Breakfast buffet is superb - don’t miss it. Dinner, by contrast, is an expensive buffet. The cheaper alternative is room service - delivered by robot! All in all, a good choice for an airport hotel.

Modern and clean, easy checkout, great buffet at La Cuisine. Kids enjoyed close view of planes coming and going. It's very convenient and shuttle service makes this a really great transit hotel.
