Very easy for one-night transit stopovers

So convenient - within airport confines...and the shuttle bus runs on time. Typical airport environment outside, but nicely appointed and maintained inside and staff are friendly & helpful. They even let me use the shower in the sauna after doing a 2hour walk in Seoul...post checkout!

There is NOTHING around this property. Though you are just steps from T2, you can't get there from here. Lovely view of a parking lot's solar panels. We had to take the shuttle to the airport just to find something to eat, which makes staying here highly inconvenient. On the plus side, the shuttle was free and relatively frequent.

The hotel itself is nice, but I had a very bad experience with one front desk staff (thin, male with glasses). I arrived around 8 a.m. and asked about early check-in. He only told me I had to pay the full walk-in rate, but didn’t mention that after 9 a.m. it’s half price. Because of this, I made the wrong decision. His attitude was also unfriendly, almost like he didn’t want me to stay. Surprisingly, the intern who later helped me was much more professional and polite. Overall, the hotel is good, but the service from that staff member was disappointing and not what I would expect from a global chain.

The room is clean, TV options for what you can watch are amazing! I really enjoyed the hottub and the sauna. The staff was friendly. I wish the lounge for drinking the welcome drink was open more at late night. Overall I would stay again if I have a flight at Incheon for sure.

Shuttle bus last one is 10:30 pm and there was a delay so we waiting 2 hours to get to the Hotel, but the Hotel is really nice, there we're going on construction, staff very friendly and the buffet was great food was great.
