Airport shuttle a little tricky to find. They give a long email but a simple map would have made it easier to locate pick up point 3C in T1. Our room was clean and spacious. But we could hear planes landing/taking off through the night which suggests soundproofing is lacking. Also the desk chair scrapes when moved and we could hear it in other rooms.

Clean and convenient, just like my previous stay. The hotel is very close to the airport, which is great for transit. The staff are friendly, and I appreciated the drink service. I would definitely stay here again when using Incheon Airport.

Staffs were great. Very helpful. Breakfast staff were awesome, food was good quality. The only thing need to be improved is air circulation in the hotel room. Somehow I was told there’s no A/C this time of year? late Oct. The front seat staff sent a desktop fan to my room. However there’s a timer in the fan, max settings were 3hrs. So I was woken up every 3hrs to turn the fan on. The room window couldn’t be open unless emergency. If there’s no fan the room has no air circulation. It gave me headache. Hope the manager/management changes the no a/c policy in OCT.
