Hotel Zeumes is in a very convenient location—right across the street from the Airport Railway station. They offer a free shuttle bus to and from Incheon Airport, which made our travel much easier. There are plenty of restaurants nearby where you can enjoy a variety of delicious Korean food. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. A great choice for a comfortable stay near the airport!

Staffs were very helpful. I didn't feel the rudeness that some guests reviewed. They have room of triple beds which was very comfortable for everyone in my family after 14 hours flight. Shuttle bus was on time and convenient. It is the service I liked the most in this hotel. The only con I want to mention is that the bed was not super clean: I lived there 2 night, 1 in June and 1 in July and both times I found hair on the sheet which was apparently from the previous guest who lived in that room.

The location was good and it was near by lots of restaurants and across the street is the train station. We only stayed one night and the staff was nice. They also had shuttle services that takes you to the airport.
