This hotel is really dirty. The towels, bed sheets and room are really dirty, with stains. There is a water leak from the toilet. They don’t have a shuttle to the airport. The information of this hotel is really misleading

we arrived at 1am at the property and even called before arriving. when i got there there was a note at the front desk saying “will be back in 20mins”, for a guest in a 24hr hotel, there should always be someone on sight in the lobby to accomodate the guest. the worst part i waited for 40 mins. the hotel employee went away to pick up someone. anyways… location was very convenient with transportation.

Totally misleading ad. They said there was a shuttle for the bus bound for the airport yet when we came we were told that there was no shuttle bus available. We also found the hotel to be both dirty with the outlets in the wall having seemingly been ripped out with wires sticking out and on the floor and the hair of the previous customer found in the bathtub. Me and my family found ourselves feeling a general uneasiness from the hotel room leading us to come to the conclusion that we should leave, but when we went to the front counter to do so the person at the counter refused to give a refund dispute listing out several valid reasons. I would never go to a hotel like again and feel that I deserve my money back.

This hotel needs to be evaluated seriously as it is not described correctly in hotels.com website. Disappointing. Does not meet guests’ expectations when they booked. Also, no service staff at the front desk so guests waited long time unnecessarily. So, I had to check out immediately and book another hotel. Terrible experience.

Limited shuttle service to airport, but the light rail train is easy to access. Convenient location with dining right next to it. Convinient stores around the area too. Don't expect much from the hotel. Just a layover option where you can get a sleep.
