Airport shuttle was good, on time . Room is old and appears rundown but otherwise clean. Bathtub with no curtain or door, didn't use, otherwise water would be all over the floor. Good for 1 night stay before early morning flight.

We stayed here for a quick transit flight since we had a very early flight. Vert decent hotel, alot of shops around it, and very close to the airport.

Property is basically old but with renovated bathroom, so clean and tidy for overnight flight stay for 1 night. But if for longer vacation stay, then not too recommended. Also, requesting shuttle from airport to hotel is difficult for tourist due to hotel needs guests to CALL BY PHONE ONLY at airport after arrival. I used email and SMS to request shuttle in advance, but hotel disregarded. NO CALL NO SHUTTLE service. Shuttle from hotel back to airport then no problem because just book with front desk staff. Nearby many other hotel selections, and restaurants open late, easy to find dining places.

We landed at Incheon airport after a very long flight, got our baggage, make our way to metro, 1 stop we were there, walked out of metro stop and hotel was right there, they do offer free shuttle but my phone was not working yet. I wish I would have gotten the name of the person working the desk on August 10 2025, He helped me get a taxi to the cruise port that morning which was 21 miles away, I GIVE HIM A VERY BIG THANK YOU. I would for sure stay again.

You really get what you paid for. The staff was nice and there is a free shuttle bus. But the property itself was poorly maintained, walls and floors were dirty and towels discolored. There was a strong mold odor in the room as well.

Good enough for the price we paid for - fine for an overnight crash, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay. The bed was quite hard, amenities were minimal, and I didn’t love the glass bathroom walls. On the plus side, the free shuttle service was convenient and the reception team spoke good English and were helpful.
