Nice place to get 8 hours of sleep. Don't expect a lot of amenities, but for a place to get some sleep and take a shower, it is fine. I will come back, it is much better than spending the night in one of their Transfer stations.

Perfect for a 13 hour layover at ICN airport, spacious and clean. I reserved for a full day from check in to check out, so I was surprised when the front desk asked what time I would be checking out and put it in my contract. I didn't like that and should've said what ever the required check out time is.

There were three small moth like bugs in the room; 2 in the shower. Very small spaces and automatic sink without ability to get hot water. Convenient to be in terminal but meh accommodations.

I really appreciated the convenience of staying at Transit Hotel - Terminal 2, especially if you have to stay overnight at the airport for your early morning flight. Check-in was quick and easy, and the facilities seemed clean and well-maintained. However, I did have some concerns. I found hair and dirty marks on both the blanket and towels, which suggests that the cleaning wasn’t thorough. The washroom was generally clean, but upon closer inspection, I noticed dirt and yellow stains on top and behind the toilet. Overall, while the space was convenient, the hygiene standards could definitely be improved.

The Expedia listing does not clearly state that you need to be a Transit passenger only and will not be allowed in if you are not. I had a morning flight and booked that hotel for an overnight stay but was denied entry. Needless to say, Expedia refused to refund.

I have been working with the property to get a refund due to not being able to access the hotel because we were directed through customs. The hotel has not been cooperating with us even though they are FULLY AWARE of what happened as it was transpiring because we were in contact with them from the other side of the airport.
