The description of the property should clearly say this is for passengers arriving and leaving terminal 1 only. Thanks to the corresponding terminal 2 hotel staff, we were able to find a room at the last min - could have been avoided if only terminal 1 hotel desc listed it clearly

Convenient place to rest and freshen up for transit passengers with long layovers, without having to leave the airport. Has a private bath and shower, nice comfy bed and slippers. Shops and restaurants are just within walking distance.

hello. Im stuck in incheon international airport terminal 2. Here is impossible to travel transit terminal 2 during midnight. My carring 3 babies and im very upset. No one warned us about this rules.
