This is an old hotel that has not been upgraded successfully. In the room we stayed in the toilet leaked on the floor, there was no hot water available at one stage. For a western traveler the breakfast was not to a 4 star quality and neither was the selection. Communication was limited but the front desk staff made a concerted effort to assist us, they were great.

We had several rooms checking in at the same time. The receptionist was very welcoming and efficient and the process was carried out very smoothly . Other times when help was needed e.g left luggage etc, the reception staff were happily extending their help. Rooms are well cleaned . Location of the hotel is very central so very convenient to move around.

Older hotel. Linen looked like it was used for many years. No a/c working. Had to walk uphill on driveway to reach hotel, not suitable for seniors or physically challenged.

Convenient Hotel but away from the airport
The location is great and is walking distance to Chinatown. The condition of the hotel seems to be old and needs a renovation. It is also about 20-25 minutes walk to the park. The tourist information and the subway is about less than 100 metres away from the hotel. Easy to get around.
