Unfortunately when I booked this hotel, I didn't know it was actually a Motel. Room is big, but no place to store clothes and/or luggage. Just like a motel, you can hear everything. But the location is great. Very very close to everything. Breakfast is very basic, what you'd expect for a motel facility.

Overall, the hotel was nice, though the room and especially the bathroom were quite small. The breakfast was good, and the location was superb, very close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and the airport limousine bus stop. Great choices of breakfast. Room is clean. Good location in a bustling area yet nestled inside a quiet lane off the busy street. It is close to Ikseo-dong and Insadong, and not far away from Myeondong and the Palace. Subway and buses are close too. It is in Jongno 3 ga area. Very convenient. The only strange thing is that the shower area is not walled/partitioned off from the toilet. So the whole bathroom floor gets wet after the shower. Also the room is a bit small.

My reason for picking this hotel was its central location in Seoul as well as what another reviewer said about being able to store luggage for a few hours after checkout. I don't think the complimentary breakfast was listed in the amenities, but it should be! Can't say we loved the whole bathroom being a shower room or the tiny sink with no counter space for toiletries, but what was there was clean.

Excellent location with cafes and restaurants about a minute away. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Area does get lively at night but we could not hear any noise from our room. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh.
